The objective of the FCCA’s Youth Art Program is to give young people who normally wouldn’t have the opportunity, the art supplies and instructors to experience the world of art. The program is offered to participants free of charge. FCCA pays the teacher and provides supplies with funds from an Artist in Education grant provided by Virginia Arts Commission and NEA; along with other donations given throughout the year.
FCCA gratefully thanks RP Signs of Charlotte, NC for their donation of MDF board surplus blocks to the Youth Art Program for use in art projects. Thank you!
